Seller Reward Guideline

Your Yowzzer Partner Agent contributes 15% of their commission into a reward pool for your transaction. This is not an extra fee—it comes from your agent’s commission.

Your 15% reward pool is split into:
1. Seller Task Rewards — Always $400
Complete simple listing-related steps (like prepping documents, completing disclosures, media upload approvals, pricing review, and viewing a short “Ready-to-List” guide) and earn up to $400. This amount never changes, no matter your sale price.
2. Closing Bonus — The Remainder of the 15%
After your $400 in tasks, the rest of your agent’s 15% contribution is paid out at closing. This amount changes with your sale price and agent commission. Higher sale = bigger closing bonus.

• Agent Commission: $400,000 × 2.5% = $10,000
• 15% Reward Pool: $10,000 × 15% = $1,500
  o Seller Task Rewards: $400 (fixed)
  o Closing Bonus: $1,500 − $400 = $1,100
Total Potential Seller Reward You Control: $1,500.
You can keep the $1,500… or offer all/part of it to buyers to boost demand and maybe sell faster or for more.
