Buyer Reward Guideline

Your reward is funded by your agent, who contributes 15% of their commission toward your closing costs. This 15% covers:

• Task Rewards: Up to $825 for completing key steps (this amount is always the same).
• Closing Bonus: Whatever is left from the 15% after the $825 for tasks.

• Home Price: $400,000
• Agent Commission: 2.5% = $10,000
• 15% Contribution: $10,000 × 15% = $1,500 total reward pool
• Task Rewards: $825 (fixed amount)
• Closing Bonus: $1,500 − $825 = $675

So if you complete all tasks and close, you earn the full $1,500 toward your closing costs.

• The $825 task rewards never change.
• The closing bonus adjusts so your total always equals 15% of your agent’s commission.
• Higher price = bigger bonus. Lower price = smaller bonus.
