2. Rewards & Incentives
- Rewards, rebates, cash-back credits, and incentives are subject to program rules, eligibility, and participation by Yowzzer Partner Agents, Lenders, and Vendors.
- All rewards are paid out at or after closing and only if the transaction successfully closes.
- Rewards cannot be guaranteed in every transaction and may vary by state law, lender policies, agent participation, and other restrictions.
- Any advertised percentages, dollar amounts, or credits are estimates and subject to final approval by the involved parties.
3. Commission Disclosures
- Yowzzer does not charge or collect commissions from real estate transactions. Commissions, rebates, and credits are solely determined between agents, brokers, lenders, and clients.
- Any reference to commission savings, credits, or contributions reflects the actions of Partner Agents and/or Partner Lenders, not Yowzzer directly.
4. Vendor Participation
- Vendors (inspectors, appraisers, contractors, etc.) listed on Yowzzer are independent service providers. Yowzzer does not warrant or guarantee the quality, pricing, or outcomes of vendor services.
- Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any professional listed on the platform.
5. Lender Contributions
- Closing cost credits or incentives from lenders are subject to lender approval, program guidelines, and applicable federal/state lending laws.
- Not all buyers or properties will qualify for lender-funded incentives.
6. No Guarantee of Leads or Results
- While Yowzzer provides lead-generation opportunities for agents and vendors, we make no guarantee of leads, conversions, closings, or financial outcomes. Subscription fees are for platform access and marketing exposure only.
7. State Law Restrictions
- Certain states restrict or prohibit commission rebates, cash-back programs, or financial incentives in real estate transactions. Yowzzer users are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
